Guest Speaker: Tim Alcorn

Tim Alcorn is an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the broadcast media industry. He has a demonstrated history of working with nonprofit organizations, advertising, radio advertising, media buying, and journalism. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Kent State University.

Currently, Tim serves as a Radio Play by Play Announcer for the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers. In this role, he provides play-by-play commentary for every Cavs game, broadcasting to 18 Cavaliers Radio Network affiliate stations. Additionally, Tim hosts a weekly Cavs radio show called "Cavs HQ" for the same radio network affiliate stations.

Prior to his current position, Tim held the role of GM, Sales Manager, and Sports Director at WEOL Radio for an impressive 27 years and 7 months. Throughout his career, Tim has showcased his expertise in delivering engaging content and managing sales operations within the sports broadcasting industry.

With a strong community focus, Tim is a dedicated professional who actively contributes to social services
